1.Where are your factory located?
Our factory is located in Wufeng Industrial Zone,Chongwu,Hui'an County-(China's carving village),Quanzhou City ,Fujian, of China. (zip code: 362131), you can visit us from your country to Xiamen international airport!
2. What are the styles and dimensions available?
We can offer European, American and Japanese ,Korea , Chinese , Russian , Mideast ,Monument Styles. We can also make any custom shapes as per drawings or pictures.The dimensions can be specified by you.
3.What are the materials and colors available?
We specialize in producing natural granite. Black,red, blue,pink, green,gray, yellow and white, etc .Customer request are available.
4.Do you accept retail order? What is the minimum quantity you require?
Generally , We wholesale containers to distributors. Minimum quantity: one 20-foot GP container .
Yes, we do accept retail order. We sell to wholesaler, retailer and individual, with different price policy. No minimum order requirement.

We provide our customers with a door-to-door service by the following steps:
1) Styles
you can choose the styles either from our web site, or through other channels. Please tell us the number or description of the
goods
2) Colors
........If you find some colors desirable on our website, please tell us the color. Or you may tell us your favorite color.
3) Size and measurement
........We can conclude what sizes of the components are used for you, if we know how big the grave is and confirm the
........measurement with you and you may also directly tell us the size.
4) Cost calculation
........Product cost (FOB China port) +Freight + Tariff&Customs Fee + delivery to your door.
........a. A product cost is fixed by the size, material and carving.
........b. Freight (shipment by sea) is usually determined by weight and distance.
5) Payment
........When we have reached an agreement on the details, we need to sign a contract. Then you should deposit 50% the
........product in our account with any bank in your city. Once we see your remittance, we will start working on the project. We will
........inform you of the process of our work, sending you photos, etc. A copy of bill of lading (including the bill number) will be sent
........to you by Fax, when the goods are on board. It is time for you to transfer the other 50% to our account, and then you will
........receive original bill of lading with which you can get your goods and wait at home.
6) Time
........From the date you place the order, it usually takes 14 days to finish the stonework, maybe longer when more complicated.
7) Warranty
........We will contact you during the processing and send photos to let you know how it is going. We also welcome you to our
........company for your goods and for touring xiamen.
........We pack every part separately with plastic and wooden box in order not to be damaged. Be careful when installing it. We
........take responsibility for the damage caused by our side and settle it through insurance company.

5.What is your port of loading? How to ship the cargos to you ?
The main port of shipment is the Xiamen Port, but all other ports of China are feasible, depending on the requirements of customer.At present, we ship container orders to worldwide from China.
6.What is your acceptable payment?
All money shall be paid in USD or Eurodollar.
Normally payment is through irrevocable letter of Cred or T/T . However after satisfactory dealings in couple of shipments, the
credit terms can be agreed upon between Customers and ALISHAN STONE. Currently ALISHAN STONE offers shipments under:
1. Letter Of Credit - Sight / Credit
2. Document Against Paymen t - COD
3. Advance Payments.
4. Part advance payments 10%- 30% advance and balance against DP/COD.
5. Telegraphic Transfer.
6. Cash In Advance.
7. Prices are usually FOB* or CIF* see below
*F.O.B.: Free on Board: Shipped under a rate that includes costs of delivery to and the loading onto a carrier at a specified
point. Normally the country of production.
*C.I.F.: Cost, Insurance and Freight: Price determined at point of destination that includes the cost of goods. The marine
insurance and all transportation charges are calculated from point of destination. Normally your usual importing port.
